• regular reporting: written and oral updates on the student’s health, academic performance, and adaptation;
• organization of parental visits: full support of the visit (visas, accommodation, transport, coordination of meetings with the university and the child);
• parental consultations: explanation of legal aspects of a child’s stay abroad, including migration rules, student rights and obligations.
Additional Legally Significant Situations:
• Loss of documents by a student: immediate support in filing a police report, preparation and submission of documents to the consulate, and follow-up until new documents are issued;
• Theft of student property: legal assistance in filing a police report, documenting the incident, support during testimony, and interaction with the university administration and insurance company for compensation.
